Cancellation Policy
COPYRIGHT & PHOTO USAGE - Upon payment of this invoice in full, AI Photography LLC shall grant client a one time non-exclusive license to use the photographs for real estate marketing purposes only. Photos cannot be given to other clients. Client understands and agrees that AI Photography LLC is the copyright owner of all photographs. NOTE: No tangible personal property is transferred to the customer in this transaction. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to help you grow your business!
